Hi, I’m Arij Shahla, THE ADVISOR — an ERP and Odoo Consultant with over 15 years of experience helping businesses turn complex operations into seamless, automated systems.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and people, leading digital transformation initiatives that simplify processes, improve collaboration, and boost performance. My expertise lies in aligning organizational goals with the right ERP strategies — ensuring technology truly serves the business, not the other way around.

My journey began in software development and architecture, where I built a strong foundation in system design, process engineering, and solution delivery. Over time, I evolved into a Techno-Functional ERP Consultant and Product Manager, enabling me to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business needs.

Whether it’s designing scalable Odoo solutions, optimizing workflows, or bridging the gap between technical and business teams, I focus on creating measurable impact.I’ve successfully led and delivered ERP implementations across diverse industries — manufacturing, retail, distribution, services, HR, and eCommerce — managing everything from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis to customization, testing, and user training. I currently lead product management and innovation, overseeing the full product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery. I also manage pre sales consulting, value communication, and product upgrade strategies, ensuring every solution is both technically robust and commercially relevant. Before that, I worked with several leading Odoo partners where I led end-to-end ERP projects, guided pre sales activities, and ensured successful implementations tailored to client needs.
